Help Batavia children in need by donating school supplies. Backpacks, notebooks, pens and pencils and more are needed.
Ongoing Ministries
QUILTERS & PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
- Every Tuesday, 9:00 – 11:30am in Fellowship Hall
- Our quilts and prayer shawls are sent to local ministries and to Lutheran World Relief. LWR sends quilts all over the world to aid families affected by poverty, natural disasters and war.
- We often say “Anyone can tie a quilt!”. All are welcome, skilled and novice, there is a job for you! This group’s fellowship is inspiring.
- Prefer to work at home? You can bring in your cut squares and quilts. Mission Quilt Assembly Instructions

- The Prayer Shawl Ministry is not currently meeting. If you would like to bring your yarn to the quilting group, join them on Tuesdays at 9am. Learn more about prayer shawls from this article in Living Lutheran magazine.
MAKE LWR KITS

FOOD PANTRY
- Local churches take turns staffing the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry, Bethany’s scheduled time is on the second Friday of the month, 9:45 – noon

WOMEN’S MINISTRY
- This is a small group of women who meet once a month for Bible study and fellowship.

BETHANY WALKING GROUP
- Monday thru Friday, 8:30 – 10am, Ministry Center Gym
- Bring your own water bottle and walking shoes and join the group. Masks are required.

HESED HOUSE
- Fourth Sunday of even months
- 4:30pm Family Emergency Shelter, meet at Bethany
- 6:00pm Overnight Emergency Shelter and early morning shift, meet at Hesed House
